UNIQLO designs...


You can, within 28 days of receiving goods from us, return any goods you are not completely happy with. We don’t accept returns of womens and mens underwear that are not in their original packaging unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene reasons.

Once you decide to return any products you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state that they were sold to you.

We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund to the payment card the price paid for the items returned, excluding the original delivery charge.

Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - If you wish, you may notify us by email to helpme@uniqlo.co.uk that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods). You must then return the goods to us as above. It is not possible to return goods to our stores if you wish to cancel your contract in this way.

If you notify us that you are returning your goods under your rights acquired from the Distance Selling Regulations then UNIQLO will fulfil its obligations under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Can I change my order?

We are unable to amend your order, however in some circumstances it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as practically possible, by email to helpme@uniqlo.co.uk quoting your order number, name and delivery address. Once the order is processed (you will receive an email at this point), we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 28 days to return your item for a full refund as explained above. Regrettably we cannot offer an exchange service for online purchases unless you return the item to a store.

All store refunds and exchanges are completely free of charge.

When do I get refund once I have returned an item?


Once we receive an item, we will process the return and refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 21 days from posting the item back to us for the refund to reach your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment). You will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate)

Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting.

Voucher, Promotion and Discount codes

Voucher code's can only be used online and must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Vouchers can only be used once. The discount is valid on merchandise only and cannot be used against postage and packaging. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If you decide to return goods that have been purchased with a discount applied on the order, the amount refunded will include a division of the discount. This is because the discount will be applied on a line by line basis. For example an item costing £24.99 with a 20% discount will be charged at £19.99. It would also be refunded at this amount.

A free postage discount code will apply a £3.95 reduction in the total cost of the order. The postage will still be charged.

Returning Goods to Store

If you wish, you can return items to a UNIQLO store. You must take them, within 28 days of dispatch, to one of our UNIQLO stores, using the dispatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. Please note that all UNIQLO stores are currently located in the South East of England. Find your nearest UNIQLO store

The dispatch note must be presented and you will be asked for the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange or refund. You will also have to present the original purchase card to receive a refund.

Returning Goods by Post
If you wish to return items via post, follow the instructions outlined below. Please note we do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
  • Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form
  • Complete the returns form and enclose with your Goods
  • Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel, complete and place a returns address label on the parcel
  • The returns address is: UNIQLO, Lodge Road, Staplehurst, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 0QW.
  • Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the dispatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the dispatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund. (Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting)
  • Please remember to complete the returns form with your returned product(s)
